Northeast Connector Corridor Regional Mobility  Project PDF Overview This project encompasses a holistic approach to transportation capacity improvements, regional mobility, connectivity to existing/proposed amenities, and enhances the water quality of the Bradfordville area. The roadway will have paved shoulders, provisions for future transit, and landscaped medians. Northwest Connector Corridor (Tharpe Street) Regional Mobility  Project PDF Overview This project enhances the Tharpe Street road network to support the full potential for economic activity along the Tharpe Street commercial corridor. This roadway project also addresses the flooding issues along Tharpe Street and improves stormwater treatment. Stormwater upgrades will address flooding issues for commercial properties at the two major stream crossings, and provide water quality treatment to improve conditions for downstream parks and greenways. The project also provides trail and sidewalk improvements for better connectivity along the Tharpe Street corridor. N Widens Tharpe Street to four lanes from Ocala Road to Capital Circle Northwest includes landscaped medians, sidewalks and bike lanes. N Develops the Park Place Recreational Area by constructing two ball fields with restrooms, a concession stand, and a playground. Capital Circle Southwest Regional Mobility  Project PDF Overview This project completes the overall Capital Circle enhancements outlined in the original Blueprint program.  The project includes water quality and infrastructure enhancements for multiple transportation modes, improving access in the area. Completing Capital Circle Southwest stimulates economic development in the long term by improving access to the Airport, Innovation Park, Tallahassee Museum, and undeveloped properties. The total estimated cost of this project is $119 million.  It is anticipated that the remaining funding will be allocated by the Florida Department of Transporation.
